Job Details 
The Regional Territory Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence throughout the Houston (Pearland and Kingwood) territory.  To drive business growth, the RTM will report directly to the Director of Growth and Development (DGD). Will frequently collaborate with the CEO to increase the overall volume of clinics.   
 
Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with Director of Growth and Development to best determine key target referral sources to grow new patient wound care encounters and new patient HBO referrals.  
  • Responsible to develop relationships with referral accounts to provide education on Wound Care and HBO.  This will require consistent and meaningful interactions with referral accounts to increase volume.  You will also be the contact for any necessary follow-up through as necessary for resolution and ensures all parties are provided follow-up communication.  
  • Provide feedback regarding industry need to the R3 Marketing team to provide input regarding marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
  • Follow best practices of the Growth and Development team regarding documentation, referral provider follow-up, data integrity, expenses, and other areas as assigned.   
  •  At minimum set up one meeting per month for executive leadership and/or board members and/or DGD to meet with key account referring providers in efforts to create reliable partnerships with community providers and/or healthcare agencies.   
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as new patient volume, provider/self referral, and referrals for HBO Therapy and market share, to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or marketing. 
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Wound Care Industry.  
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Solid understanding of the admission process and experience in managing patient transitions. 
  • Experience in physician recruitment and a strong network of healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
