Position Overview:

The Vice President of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the financial strategy, management, and growth of the company. This role involves overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the financial health of the organization, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare finance, particularly in multi-clinic operations, and a proven track record of driving financial performance in a rapidly growing environment.

This position has a salary range of $170,000 – $185,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth, including expansion of clinics and service offerings.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Operational Finance Management: Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Capital Management: Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing. Oversee cash flow management, investments, and capital expenditures.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary financial liaison to the board of directors, investors, auditors, and other key stakeholders. Prepare and present financial reports and analyses.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for potential acquisitions or mergers. Evaluate and negotiate financial terms and contracts.
  • Technology & Systems: Oversee the implementation and management of financial systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required. CPA required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with multi-clinic operations or specialized medical services.
    • Proven experience working closely with RCM to ensure efficient financial operations, optimize revenue streams, and maintain financial health.
    • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and healthcare compliance.
    • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
    • Experience with NetSuite financial reporting software desired.

Compensation:
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. $78,000/yr – $96,000/yr
