The Front Desk Coordinator (FDC) is the first and last person to see and talk with our patients. They must be able to treat everyone with compassion and dignity while working to remove barriers to wound care treatment. Working in partnership with our Providers, Nurses, and Hyperbaric Technicians, the FDC will assist patients on scheduling, insurance and general treatment information and follow-up appointments.  This position is a true patient advocate.
