Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Medical Recruiter with 1-3 years of healthcare industry experience to join our team. This role combines full lifecycle recruiting for various medical professionals (MDs, PAs, NPs, LVNs, MAs) with HR Generalist and payroll responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage recruitment, HR, and payroll functions with a focus on best practices and operational efficiency.

The pay range for this position is $50,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on experience. This is an on-site position at our North Richland Hills corporate office. 

Key Responsibilities:

Full Lifecycle Recruiting:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for medical professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Use advanced sourcing strategies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop customized recruitment strategies for each department.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance the recruitment experience and employer brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive market practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

HR Generalist Functions:

  • Support HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR policy compliance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Payroll Administration:

  • Assist with payroll processing, including timesheet verification and collaboration with the finance department.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and ensure compliance with payroll policies.

Project Management:

  • Lead recruitment and HR-related projects, ensuring timely execution and clear communication.
  • Apply project management best practices to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within the medical field, including recruiting for MDs, PAs, NPs, LVNs, and MAs.
  • Experience in HR generalist functions and basic payroll processing.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within a healthcare organization and familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Experience analyzing recruitment metrics and implementing process improvements.
