Position Overview: 

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 Pro environments, Microsoft M365 applications, and network-related issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.  

The pay range for this position is $23 – $31 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide onsite technical support for Windows 10/11 Pro systems. 

  • Assist users with Microsoft M365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve TCP/IP network issues. 

  • Manage and maintain network printers. 

  • Administer and support Azure environments. 

  • Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections. 

  • Handle user and computer onboarding/offboarding processes. 

  • Offer remote desktop support to resolve technical issues. 

  • Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system. 

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations. 

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. 

Technical Skills Required: 

  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 Pro. 

  • Experience with Microsoft M365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint). 

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP network troubleshooting. 

  • Familiarity with network printers. 

  • Experience with Azure administration. 

  • Understanding of VPN configuration and troubleshooting. 

  • Experience with user and computer onboarding/offboarding. 

  • Ability to provide remote desktop support. 

Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT desktop support or a similar role. 

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Strong customer service orientation.
