We are a multi-site wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy clinic company headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 Pro environments, Microsoft M365 applications, and network-related issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
The pay range for this position is $23 – $31 per hour depending on experience.
Provide onsite technical support for Windows 10/11 Pro systems.
Assist users with Microsoft M365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Troubleshoot and resolve TCP/IP network issues.
Manage and maintain network printers.
Administer and support Azure environments.
Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections.
Handle user and computer onboarding/offboarding processes.
Offer remote desktop support to resolve technical issues.
Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11 Pro.
Experience with Microsoft M365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with network printers.
Experience with Azure administration.
Understanding of VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience with user and computer onboarding/offboarding.
Ability to provide remote desktop support.
Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT desktop support or a similar role.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
