Position Overview: 

The Physician Liaison will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics by building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians and healthcare providers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and a deep understanding of the local healthcare market. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources. 

  • Promote R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics’ services and treatment options to potential referral sources. 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive patient referrals and clinic growth. 

  • Collaborate with the Director of Growth and Development to develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans. 

  • Provide education and training to healthcare providers about wound care and hyperbaric treatments. 

  • Monitor and analyze referral patterns and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. 

  • Represent R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics at industry events, conferences, and meetings. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of three years of direct experience as a Physician Liaison or in a similar role within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. 

  • Proven successful track record in building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers. 

  • Strong understanding of the local healthcare market and referral dynamics. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
